Research Field
Proteomics & Biomarker Development: Diagnosing Type-2 Diabetes, Pancreatic Cancer, Hepatocarcinoma and psychiatric diseases, using human blood analyzed by LC-MS. With LC-MS, small amount of proteins can be accurately quantified. Combining multiple protein biomarkers using machine learning techniques, we could have diagnosed patients from healthy individual with better performance than conventional diagnosing tools but less cost.Keyword
