The IEEE NPSS Paul Phelps Continuing Education Grant is funded by the IEEE Nuclear and Plasma Sciences Society (NPSS) to promote continuing education and encourage membership in NPSS. The grant is awarded to the exceptional promises as a Graduate Student or Post Doc in the fields of NSS and MIC.
