2010학년도 제2학기 대학원생 장학금 신청 안내 2010학년도 제2학기 대학원생 장학금 신청에 따른 사항을 다음과 같이 안내합니다. 1. 신청대상 : 1) 2010. 2학기에 장학금을 받고자 하는 대학원 재학생 및 신입생, 유학생 등 등록대상자 중 전일제 대학원생 2) 휴학생중 직전학기 미등록자로서 10학년도 2학기 복학예정자 포함 (휴학생중 직전학기 등록 후 2학기 복귀예정자 제외) 3) 대학원 후기신입생(예정자)은 합격자 발표일로부터 일주일간 서면 신청 2. 신청기간 및 서류제출기간 : 2010. 05. 3.(월) ~ 05. 17.(월) 3. 신청방법 : 서울대 포털마이스누 접속(http://my.snu.ac.kr) → 학사행정 → 등록/장학 → 장학→ [장학생선정신청서]에 작성 →신청 및 저장 후 반드시 출력 학생행정실로 제출 4. 제출서류 ① 장학생 선정 신청서 (신청내역메뉴에서 출력, 지도교수 날인) ② 장학금신청자정보 (지도교수 날인) ③ 4대보험 비가입 확인서(2학기부터 비가입예정자, 기초교실 조교 및 전공의는 지도교수의 전일제확인서(양식없음)로 대체 가능) 5. 기타 사항 o 장학생 선정 신청을 하지 않은 학생은 교내·외 모든 장학금 지급대상에서 제외함 o 전학기 미등록자로 2학기 복학예정자 및 대학원 신입생의 경우는 장학생 선정신청서 (의과대학 홈페이지 http://medisis.snu.ac.kr/)를 다운로드하여 학생행정실에 서면으로 제출하여야 합니다. o 강의연구지원장학생 신청 예정자는 이번 기간에 온라인 신청만 서류는 추후공지시 제출하세요. 붙임 2010학년도 2학기 장학금 신청자정보 양식 1부 끝 2010 Fall Semester Scholarship Application Scholarship application for Fall semester of 2010 is as follows: 1. Eligibility 1) graduates and foreign students who will be enrolling in 2010 Fall semester 2) Students who have taken leave of absence for the previous semester and willing to enroll in 2010 Fall semester. * Students who have taken leave of absence but have registered for the previous semester are excluded. 2. Application Period Monday, May 3th ~ Monday, May 17th, 2010. 3. How to apply Log on to http://my.snu.ac.kr → Click on “학사행정(Student Administration)” → Click on “등록/장학 (Registration/Scholarship)” → Click on “장학(Scholarship)” → Fill out the “장학복지지원카드(Welfare Support Card)” → Click on “신청 및 저장(Apply and Save)” * Please be aware to fully complete the Welfare Support Card Form in order to receive proper scholarships. 4.
