  6. Graduate research student system
The system allows the student to write a dissertation by granting them the status of a "graduate researcher" during the period from completion of credits necessary for degree acquisition to degree acquisition. To qualify as a researcher, you must be a student who has completed the mandatory registration period for the 4 semesters of master's and doctorate courses but has not registered, and must register as a researcher until the semester of acquiring a degree. Research student registration is done during the registration period for prospective thesis submitters, and a fee of KRW 200,000 per semester must be paid.
    * Evidence: According to the decision of the 2nd Graduate Committee in 1998 (March 26, 1998), it is mandatory to register as a researcher in the semester of submitting a thesis for master's and doctorate degrees starting from the 1st semester of 1998. Accordingly, the research student contribution must be paid during the registration period for the student who has scheduled to submit the thesis (Teacher 81210-126).
